Living in Virginia Beach with my hubby Ron and two furry children - Lulu &
Roxy. My blog is the most active part of this site....its easiest to update, and
I put a link to my Flickr photos and recipes there.
FAMILY HISTORY
My Family History is very important to me. In 2006 my mother passed away,
and my sister Nancy let me take the genealogy books and photo albums so I
could convert them to a digital format that can be shared. Since then, I have
had family members from across the nation contact me. If you happen to

PHOTOGRAPHY
I've become a photography geek. Take pictures almost everyday and put
them on Flickr - you can see my McDonald's Nursery set on my Photos page
here.
I bought my first SLR camera in 1974 - it was an Nikon FT-2 with a 50mm 1.4
lens. I now use a Canon 40D with a variety of lenses.
POETRY
I've been writing poetry for decades - it comes to me, that's why there isn't
much of it. Most of the poems are written by me. Sometimes I take old
poems and reverse the words, and there are a few of those included. I have
also included several of my favorite poems with credit to the authors.
I am currently waiting for the ghosts to rise again - and my next poem to
write itself.
